About Theresa Hart

Acquisitions or Dispositions, Landlord and Tenant Leasing, Third-Party Asset Management, Theresa Hart is a Commercial Real Estate veteran with over 35 years of experience delivering strategic leasing solutions, representing property owners and tenants, and facilitating acquisitions and dispositions across multiple markets. She has successfully led leasing, planning, and project repositioning efforts for prominent developers and owner-operators such as Kraus Anderson Realty, Madison Marquette Realty, Heritage Property Investment Trust, and Solomon Real Estate Group.

 

In 2012, Theresa founded Meyer Realty, serving as Broker in Minnesota and North Dakota, where she managed acquisitions, dispositions, market analysis, site selection, and third-party management for investor-owned portfolios, including assets in which she maintains a partnership. She also has specialized expertise in Energy Services-related real estate transactions. Theresa holds Real Estate Broker Licenses in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

 

She is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate/REALTORS® (MNCAR), the Badlands Board of REALTORS® – North Dakota, and the Minnesota Area Association of REALTORS®. In recognition of her industry leadership and performance, she is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR).
